AX Intelligence is a fresh, consultancy company formed by AX customers for other AX customers and prospects. We have been at the "sharp-end" of designing, managing and delivering IT strategy alignment with business goals, AX implementations, business process change, business readiness preparation, data migration and integrations with existing software systems - at the same time keeping the business working. We have led internal IT, business process change and ERP projects for over 20 years in large (>$1 billion), multi-national (US, UK, Europe, China) manufacturing, pharmaceutical and engineering organizations.

Why us?

We are not a typical AX partner. We have direct experience, as customers, of implementing one of the largest AX projects in an enterprise-size (> $1 billion) multi-national manufacturing organization. We have had responsibility for all the aspects of an ERP implementation including:

• significant business process modelling and process change;
• re-structuring and building a world-wide IT infrastructure (hardware, network, people, processes) to support an ERP implementation;
• establishment of a world-class software development team and AX development, configuration, testing and deployment framework;
• delivery of an automated incremental data migration process to AX from multiple legacy system sources;
• development of high-availability, real-time integrations with legacy ERP systems.

Relationship with Microsoft

We have developed a deep and extensive relationship with the Microsoft AX team. We understand the Microsoft Dynamics AX development cycle and the "do's and don'ts" of customizations in AX.

• an ex-VP IT in a $ 1billion dollar manufacturing company, who has led several enterprise-level organizations through cost reductions, IT organizational realignment and delivery of standardized, resilient, lower cost, integrated and future-ready systems;
• a leader in ERP, manufacturing process and software development methodology who has been pushing the boundaries of AX since AX3 has worked with AX4, AX2009 and is working on AX6 TAP;
• an IT systems and AX infrastructure specialist with many years' experience of designing and delivering state-of-the-art hardware and software platforms.
