Who are we?

AX Intelligence is a consultancy practice established by former customers of Microsoft Dynamics® AX to offer independent advice to other potential purchasers of AX.  We have been at the "sharp end" of design, management and delivery of AX implementations, business process change, business readiness preparation, data migration and integrations with existing software systems; while at the same time keeping the business working.  For over 20 years we have led in the development of IT strategy for business process change and ERP projects in large (>$1 billion), multi-national (US, UK, Europe and Asia) manufacturing, pharmaceutical and engineering organisations.

Independent

We are independent of Microsoft and other AX consultancies (we don't even sell AX software licences) so we can offer a truly independent view on selection, design, implementation and support of AX.  The full life-cycle service we offer also includes advice on upgrading to the latest version of AX (AX2012) from earlier versions.

Although we are independent, we have chosen to focus much of our business on AX, simply because we have confidence in the product and the direction Microsoft is taking it.

Our role

We see our role as the customer advocate, sitting comfortably between the AX customer and the implementation consultant.  Our aim, first and foremost, is to understand the AX customer's business to a level of detail where we can provide clear unambiguous advice on how best to implement AX.  Our loyalty is to the AX customer but we also provide assistance to the lead AX implementer to make your project a success.
